Corrections and removals
Anyone named in a record can ask for it to be corrected, for their name to be taken off it, or for the whole record to be withdrawn. You do not need an account and you do not need a lawyer.
What happens after you send this
A person reads it. If a fact is wrong against the release, we fix it and say so. If you ask for your name to be removed, it comes off every deal on this site at once, not just the page you were looking at, and the daily sync will not put it back.
One thing we cannot do is change what the original release says. Those are published by the firms themselves on legaldesire.com, and each record links back to its own.
