How is DealDatabase priced?
Searching and browsing are free. Professional access is $99 a month for one person. The Team licence is $350 a month for five people. Both paid plans are billed annually.
What is included in the free plan?
Every deal in the database, the advising firms and their roles, the deal type, sector, status and jurisdictions, firm and lawyer profiles, and a link to each original announcement. No account is needed.
What does paid access add?
The named lawyers on every deal team with their seniority, practice and office, disclosed deal values and what they refer to, clients, counterparties, full deal histories on lawyer profiles, and saved searches.
Who is the Team licence for?
Law firms and in-house legal teams. It covers five people, lets the firm claim and manage every lawyer profile it has plus the firm profile, and includes unlimited deal submissions, past and future.
Can we try it before we commit?
Yes. Law firms and in-house teams can request a 7-day trial of the Team licence using the form on this page.
