What this is
DealDatabase.co is published by Legal Desire Media and Consulting. It is a record of deal announcements published on legaldesire.com, organised so they can be searched.
Accuracy
Every record is taken from a published announcement and carries the sentence each fact came from. We do not verify that the announcements themselves are accurate, and we do not add anything they do not say. Where our reading of a release is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Nothing here is advice, and nothing here should be the only thing a decision rests on.
Access
Free access is open to anyone. Full access is arranged by agreement, for a named number of people, and is not for redistribution. Bulk extraction, scraping and resale are not permitted. If you want the data in bulk, ask: there is a sensible answer and it is not scraping.
Claimed profiles
Claiming a profile lets you add contact details and a biography. It gives no control over the deal record, and no ranking or placement advantage anywhere on the site. Anything you add must be true and yours to publish.
Submissions
Sending a deal does not oblige us to publish it. If it is published, it appears as a release on legaldesire.com under the normal editorial process, and the record follows from that.
