A submission does not put a record on this site directly. An editor reads it, and if it runs, it is published as a release on legaldesire.com. The sync then picks it up the same way it picks up every other announcement.
That detour is deliberate. It means every record here exists because something was published, which is the only claim this site makes about any of them.
